#Movie NEWS! Jackie Chan's 100th movie

Here's a trailer for the latest Jackie Chan movie.
What's so special about it is that it will be his 100th movie!

Holy Molly!

It's called Chinese Zodiac and it will open at Cannes on May 18.
Jackie spent seven years working on the movie — including writing, producing, directing and coordinating fight scenes!
"For the last ten years I've been choosing the director to direct me. This one I direct myself." he said. "I hope this movie, 20 years later, people still remember it. For me, for the audience, for my future, for my history — it's very important."
Jackie's now 58, and if his recent Hollywood productions have been more simpler action-wise, I'm glad to see him back to his roots, still kickin' ass and taking names!
"I've been fighting and doing action films all my life, you've got to find a point to stop. With this movie I'm the director, I'm the writer, I'm the producer. So okay, I think it's a good time to announce that it's my last big action movie.
"I would still do action movies but not a big one like this."
And here's trailer for his biggest film yet:

Woah! Looking great!
One of this film's fight scene is apparently costing more than $10 million to shoot!!
He's said he wants to retire from action films....

So enjoy this one regardless, it's gonna be spectacular!

AwesomeScenes from "Double Dragon: The Movie" - Abobo

Remember Double Dragon?
Alright...
But do you remember the movie Double Dragon?
Maybe?...
And what about Abobo???

Awww...poor Abobo!

If you want some background on this thing you just saw:
Basically said, a thug get super cracked thanks to some badass steroids, only he becomes an ugly monster instead of just strong. He turns out to be pretty nice and not just a bad guy. He explodes in the end. Why?! Because the guys who made this movie tried the best they could to bring to screen one of the random bosses from a beat 'em all video game, which seems to always end up in nonsensical plots in live movies...

The Best Movie you'll ever see: Bruce Lee and Popeye in Hell vs. Dracula and James Bond

This is actually a real movie!

This insane movie is actually Dragon Lives Again. A 1976 Bruceploitation movie that featured yet another fake Bruce Lee (taking advantage of his fame after his death) and a Chinese Popeye!

They really went all-out for this one, it's like the ultimate crossover!

"This is truly one of humanity's greatest work, from any culture, and any time period, this is without a doubt a cornerstone of human achievement." - some guy on youtube
Well said little fellow. Well said.

The Origins Of The Matrix

Here's a pretty fun video showing the influences behind the Matrix.

Everything Is A Remix: THE MATRIX from robgwilson.com on Vimeo.

I remember most of these "influences". There were some pretty good features on the Matrix "Revisited" bonus disc with the movies on DVD.
But it's also pretty nice to see it directly on film like that.

BestMovieScenesEvah - Best fight scene of all time

I guess this what happens when you don't script your fight scenes nor have a proper choregraphier around...
Beware, 3 minutes or random muscled dudes fighting like little girls...and there's some shirts ripping and even some gore in the end.

From Undefeatable, one of those so many "kung fu-xploitation" from the early 90s.

This one is either really awful or really awesome, depending on your tastes...
