It's been a Dream Come True for Kimberly Jester, The 2010 National American Miss Texas Jr Teen !

The 2010-2011 National American Miss Texas Jr. Teen and National American Miss Jr. Teen Kimberly Jester!

I can't believe it's been one whole year since they called MY name as your 2010 Miss Texas Junior Teen.  And what an exciting year it has been!  With my family and friends by my side, and the Lord as my guide, I've been able to accomplish so much!  Whether it's been helping to raise money and awareness for Living Water, International; collecting and donating coats and blankets for the Salvation Army; or helping to feed to Houston's homeless, I'm the one that has grown and been blessed by this wonderful experience.

In November, I travelled to Nationals where I had a magical week.  Spending time with my dearest friends (they know who they are!) was something I'll cherish forever.  Just when I thought my week couldn't get any better, it did:  They announced MY name as the new "national" Junior Teen queen for 2011!   Now six months later, I still sometimes think I'm dreaming, and can't believe I won!    But the many wonderful things I've experienced since that night, and relationships I've made, remind me that God had a hand in it all, and I'm ever so grateful for this opportunity to serve and lead with National American Miss.

To the Mayes and ALL the NAM staff, thank you for being visionaries and for offering girls like me something altogether different in pageantry.  To the contestants, remember:  God made you to fulfill a very specific purpose in life, and so while there can only be one queen chosen here this weekend, don't be discouraged if it's not you, because He has a wondrous plan for your life, too!!  It's far more important to have fun, make new friends, and learn important life-long skills that will benefit you forever.

KPRC of Houston named Kimberly Jester "Student of the Week" !! Kimberly captured the 2010-2011 National American Miss Jr Teen title at the National Pageant in November. Kimberly is an outstanding role model for girls across the country! She is a top student and a member of the high school cheerleading squad! Kimberly is making a difference in her community and achieving her dreams ! Congrats Kimberly!

NAM National Winner Say's "I DO" !!!

Brianna Haggerty , A former NAM national winner says " I Do " !!! Brianna has held several titles for National American Miss, She was the 2003-2004 National All - American Teen , the 2005 -2006 Miss Texas and went on to the national pageant where she captured the National Title of National American Miss !! On August 28, 2010 Brianna married her college sweet heart, Eric Cannon ! NAM wishes the new Mr and Mrs Cannon the very best of luck ! From the pageant stage to the runways of New York City.... Alexandra Ahmadi is now in high demand as a high fashion model. Alexandra is a Texas girl that proved nothing is impossible with a little hard work and determination!!! Watch for her face because she may be in your next fashion magazine or walking the catwalk for the industry's top designers !!! Alexandra is now living in New York City and one day you may see her take the title of Miss USA !

Miss South Texas JrTeen Danielle Doty is UpDating her Portfolio!!!

Danielle Doty the National American Miss South Texas JrTeen 2009 is updating her portfolio and is on her way to working as a commercial print model. Danielle is a junior in high school where she is a top student and a member of the varsity cheerleading squad!!! Danielle is an active volunteer and a top casual wear modeling competitor. Texas Pageant Expo

The Texas Pageant Expo was this Saturday in Houston Texas. The best of the best in the pageant world gathered to share their expertise and promote the competitive edge in pageantry. Several NAM title holders were there, including The 2009-2010 National All- American Miss Jr Teen Kendyl Kimbler !!! It was a who's who event with the best known in make-up , hair and gowns. There was a high energy fashion show that showcased the latest in gowns and appearance attire. Two of the models were former NAM Texas titleholders Ashton Theiss Miss Texas Jr Teen 2006 and Allison Garza Miss Texas Teen 2008. What a fun a day ! We had a blast promoting National American Miss and reconnecting with old friends !!
