Here's the movie official pitch:

Ok, so it will mostly take place in space/Oa and a bit on Earth too.

Okay, so they went totally alien-like here.
It's good, in the sense that it gives that outter-space feel.
"It's not from this world!!"
On the (-) part, they sure lost all the iconic look here...
Couldn't it be alien and still sort of similar to GL's logo?

I don't know if they're all real (maybe some fakes in between).
Some were actually shown by Geoff Johns at the Con'.
I can already say that if they all turn out to be real characters from the movie..it will be indeed very scifi-ysh and fantastic!
Though I'm sure fans will be upset about changes in well known actual Lanterns *cough*IsamotorIoland*cough*.
