#Gaming NEWS! new Lollipop trailer
Here's a new Lollipop Chainsaw trailer, this one's purely a James Gunn-sorta video. Or Suda. Well, both men have sort of the same mindset anyway...
It features the lovely Jessica Nigri once more cosplaying as Juliette. And is quite weird...
Haha, both hilarious, and kinda disturbing...
For the actual real life "fanboys" that look and act like those guys: You guys are truly f***ed up! (and we know they exist, you know who you are, out there!)

#Gaming NEWS! "Behind the Lollipop Apocalypse"
Here's a new promo video for the upcoming Lollipop Chainsaw, featuring none other than James Gunn and his "brother from another country", Suda51!
In which they talk about the game, what's behind this idea and how it plays out:
They really seem to had some genuinely fun making this crazy game.
It's all sounding pretty epic so far, can't wait for it!
Probably one of my most expected release for the year

#Gaming News! shooters, beat 'em all, whatnot!
Here's a little bunch of diverse gaming-related news from today and this past weekend :P
First up, Crysis 3 in video!
The debut trailer for this big expected sequel - which honestly I still need to catch up from the beginning! But I will, mark my words, I will!
Lookiing great. A return to form to Crysis 1's universe over the bland futuristic city of C2.
Another trailer's expected for tomorrow.
And I'm guess this will be out on HD systems (360+PS3) as well as PC.
Good news is that the original team's still on the series, Crytek Frankfurt - not EA! And this one's for 2013.
~
Lollipop Chainsaw gets a new trailer! Check it out, it's about "Sisters" 'n' stuff:
Additional characters? Sign me in!
I'm getting more and more hyped for this one, a title I wasn't honestly that much interested in to begin with! (even though I love Suda and No More Heroes...)
Out on June 12 as the trailer indicates.
~
Warner seems to hint at some upcoming new DLC for Batman: Arkham City.
As it was announced, it looked like we would be getting some all-new Robin story chapters...but from the looks of it, either Harley Queen's gonna be playable instead or she's the villain in this new content...?
~
Nintendo announced a new Mario again!
It seems that a New Super Mario Bros. 2 will coming to 3DS this August!
Personally, I think I'll wait for the eventual re-release on Wii (Wii-U?), like the previous NSMB..which reminds me, another one I wanted to get...
Here's some pics!
~
And finally, on the macho/testosterone-side of video games, here's a new pic of the upcoming Halo 4 - which has already a release date as early as this November 6(!!!).
You can see these and much more at this following link!
I got to say, generic science fiction or same ol' FPS again, I have to admit these pictures do look nice. I'm glad to see a modern next gen FPS with this wide range of warm colors, not just the usual dull grey-sh tones.
It's gonna be the first one not developed by series creator Bungie, but by the all-new 343 Industries studio.
Let's see if they can make a more interesting and exciting story and not just a yearly re-release of their famous multiplayer shooter.
~
And that's all for the day!
Ta~ta!-

#Gaming News! new Lollipop Chainsaw trailer!!
And a silly cosplay-wearing humorous one!
James Gunn-style!
"Dirty cheerleader? Clean her up, with Zom-Be-Gone!"
You really feel the James Gunn-aspect of the game in this video :P
This new epic Grasshopper Manufacture is expected soon on PS3 & Xbox 360!
Mmmmh.. She does really look the part, our zombie slashing cheerleader heroine, Juliet is played here by Jessica Nigri.
And I personally don't mind the silly tone/acting here, it does suit the tone of the game :P

Gamin' NEWS! #Suda51 new game is apparently called KILLER IS DEAD
Some news regarding Suda51 & Grasshopper Manufacture's upcoming title after Lollipop Chainsaw!
2012 is going to be the year of Suda, between Lollipop, and a dozen downloadable titles he's working on currently...
Apparently, the new project will be called Killer Is Dead.
Wich some thought would be a Killer7 sequel...but it seems it will be closer to No More Heroes actually!
We'll play as an Executioner, a special agent whose job is to elmiate "S-level criminals". Another merc/hitman type of guy and job?
Suda already confirmed the swordplay NMH-style gameplay.
And he said to expect more new for this week.
And here's the first concept arts of the game:
Lookng fancy if I may say so! Can't wait!

Gamin' NEWS! James Gunn interview
Destructoid has had a pretty interesting interview with movie director and writer James Gunn regarding his upcoming joint venture title Lollipop Chainsaw with Suda 51.
Check it out, it's pretty fun!
Seems like he's pretty involved in this game's development, writing the entire script by himself.
Can't wait!

Gamin' NEWS! Goths And Zombies Vs. Lollipop Chainsaw!!
Remember Suda51's latest upcoming title?
Warner Bros. released an all-new trailer for Grasshopper Manufacture's/James Gunn's joint effort Lollipop Chainsaw!
The game will be done in pure Grasshopper style, for both PS3 and Xbox 360. And James Gunn will take care of the plot and characters. So expect a pretty fun and violent hack & slash.
It is going to be a 3rd person action/beat 'em all game, Suda-style.

Gamin' NEWS! Chainsaws, lollipops and nightmares
Here's a new round of video game trailers~
Today, Chainsaws, lollipops and nightmares!!
First, here's Grasshopper Manufacture's latest venture.
It's called Lollipop Chainsaw!
Random! Yep! That's why it might actually be fun.
It's another crazy idea from the mind of creative director Suda51.
mock up cover.
It looks like a big budget Oneechanbara. A B-movie-like gaming series of hack'n'slash games.
This game looks similar in spirit and gameplay (but will surely control better and smoother).
Though as fun as it looks it lacks kinda of Oneechanbara grindhouse/cheesy tone. Lollipop Chainsaw seems only to feature the same content/theme and not the same "tone" if that makes sense.
Here's a recent interview:
I have to admit, at first I wasn't much interested in it. But it could turn out great!
And at SEGA, here's another horror-themed game.
This one, the only Xbox "Kinect" game that have had me interested in this gimmick controller:
Very fun lil' trailer^^
Rise of Nightmares seems to be an unofficial new entry in the House of the Dead series. (though, why didn't Sega use that ip? it looks, sounds and plays the same as HoD! and it's a marketable name who'd even boost some sales in the long term I'm sure!)
And that's it for the day, for now~

Gamin' NEWS! Here's some more news/trailers
Here's a couple more game-related news I forgot to post.
Mario & Sonic, Assassin's Creed and Grasshopper studio's new title!
First up, remember those Mario & Sonic Olympics games?
Yep, they made another one :/
Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games.
Beijing was...okay I guess (but as the first one it was kinda, sorta boring and way too much gimmick-y)
Vancouver was much better, thanks to the far superior Winter sports.
But we're back to "normal" Olympics now. They added more variety with the Football/Soccer, Cycling, etc.. So we'll see!
Let's check out the trailer:
Looks great, like most CGi introductions/videos SEGA tends to produce.
I guess we'll see one of these Mario & Sonic party games every 2 years now? (forever?!?)
Until one o' those makes a flop, that is...
This one will be out on November 18 in the meantime.
Ubisoft revealed some more of Ezio and Altair's "last adventure" in Assassin's Creed Revelations.
Enjoy this latest trailer from GamesCom 2011:
This latest adventure of Desmond's Hassassin lineage will be out on November 15.
Ubi said Assassin's Creed: Revelations would conclude both Ezio and Altair's story, we can only assume it will take place within the established timeline or introduce the next stabby hero in the assassin line.
(until Assassin's Creed 3 is actually finally released, that is)
And speaking of which... Awesome game developing studio Grasshopper Manufacture took the occasion, at GamesCom, to showcase their brand new upcoming title.
A sidescroller this time!
Black Knight Sword will be a side-scrolling action game.
It might look simple and silly but it is (even) running on the Unreal engine (!!!).

TAK is Back!
Remember Tak Fuji?
The man was back on this year's E3, only he didn't attend Konami's conference.
But he was available on the show to showcase is upcoming new titles.
The guys at Destructoid are big fans of Tak as well.
They went to check on everyone's favorite game developer and see his upcoming games.
First, here's a nice lil' interview with Tak in which he talks about the new conversion of Suda51's hit classic, No More Heroes: Heroes Paradise for PS3.
And you can hear more of Tak's famous awesome engrish:
Then, Tak presents us his all-new game, Frogger 3D for the 3DS.
How will this new adaptation of the cult arcade game demarks from the previous variations? What's new in this new iteration? Will Tak go into one of his famous random attacks? Will ONE MIRRION TWOOPS be playable on screen? Is his hair able to connect with another man's deep thoughts?
Enjoy this awesome moment:
Best interviews ever filmed? Probably.
This Special special Sushi mode makes me want to play Frogger all over again :)

Gamin' NEWS! some new trailers of "interest"
G'day t'ya all!~
What?
Hum...
Here's some new trailers for upcoming games that might interest you, gals and guys.
First of all, the extremely over-the-top title from Suda 51 (the guy behind the amazing experiences that were No More Heroes 1&2 amongst many others).
Shinji Mikami, of the Resident Evil fame, has just rejoined Grasshopper Manufacture to offer us this graphically violent and grindhouse-ysh game Shadows of the Damned.
I already talked about this one in the past, and even posted a trailer before. But here's a little featurette/interview they just released to introduce us to the world of SotD:
Love the fact that they got these badass voice-overs to translate them XD
Hehe!
Definitively something worth keeping an eye on.
And maybe like me, your sort of like adventur-ysh action games, survival horros and the likes?
Hydrophobia is an episodic game where water physics play an important role.
Well, I saw "episodic" but so far only an episode came out last year or so. And then in this past december a huge update, "Hydrophobia Pure" came out to fix most players' complaints and such.
Now they announced a new update/episode called Hydrophobia Prophecy.
It is in fact a repacking of the previous title with 2-3 new episodes in a sort of all-in-one deal.
The past game is mixed in this new version, alongside 70% new stuff to explore/story.
If they keep the same price it will really be like buying something cheaper even if the previous episode is offered in the mix (and the best thing to do, which I doubt they'll do, would be proposing to load your save and continue from there...)
Here's a trailer:
This update/new episode will come out digitally on PC, PSN and Xbox live on September.
Let's hope it will all come in the end on a disc (like us "old timers" like). Like they already said it would! Hopefully...
And finally, here's a teaser to Ubisoft new blockbuster title for the end of the year...
It's...
Huh... what is it actually?
Looks like an early teasing for..maybe.. Assassin's Creed 3 already??
A bit short to tell.. a bit confusing... kinda disappointing actually...
Oh well...

Gamin' NEWS! Damned trailer
Forgot this one?
Shadows of the Damned will be out around June 7.
It's the new title by Grasshopper Manufacture, Goichi Suda's (No More Heroes!, Killer 7) studio.
The game is being co-created alongside Shinji Mikami - Resident Evil's creator who after leaving Capcom, just left Platinum Games as well (after Vanquish).
The game is expected to be a sort of RE4-like third person shooter.
The story will see Garcia Hotspur trying to get his girl back from hell in what looks like an horror/comedy Evil Dead-style. He will also get a demonic sidekick for the road called Johnson.
And here's the trailer:
I gotta say... it doesn't look as charismatic and unique as No More Heroes! but it still looks like plenty o' fun.
The style looks more mainstream, dark and gritty here but I can imagine totally enjoying it! :D
Will this game be a perfect Suda51 title? Will it break the 4th wall? Will it contain games within the game? Only time will tell~

Loving the grindhouse tone.
Looking great so far!
And from the looks of it, very-No More Heroes-ysh in the overall look and gameplay!
