He's an obscure Marvel character that didn't really appear that much...
He's mostly a Doctor Strange villain. He's biggest role was as the primary villain in the Doctor Strange: The Sorcerer Supreme animated movie.
And Viewtiful JOE joins the ranks on Capcom's side!

Seriously though, he's the main protagonist in his own self-titled series, which are great and you'll hear talk about it soon enough on this blog anyway :P
I hope they keep most of his moves from Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom.
