I still think a Namco X Capcom fighter could have offered a lot more...oh well..
Anyway it seems Namco's side of the deal will feature the evil alternates of both Jin and Ryu!

The game's being worked alongside a new Tekken game.
So it will be released after Capcom's take.
Oh, and it's still to early to show any footage, but there's this pic of a work-in-progress Ryu in the Tekken engine. It's not the final model, and even uses bits of other characters.
What d'you think? Lookin' pretty kickass?
It's a great idea to start from Capcom's own pre-SF4 artworks!
I still think this could have been done in a single packaged-game! Look at Capcom vs SNK were you could select your gameplay/special attacks mode!
Oh well, they'll take 2x a full retail priced game from us!...
