Since Ono himself, creator of SF4 , said the team made sure to make SSF4 download-friendly (unlike SF4 which did offer dlc costumes but unlock those very same already present on the discs!!), people are starting to think those two fightin' brothers will join the consoles port later in 2011.
Perhaps after the last costume pack?
That would be my best bet (mid-April?)
