#E3 NEWS! 2nd day recap part 1

Time for a bunch more news and trailers regarding upcoming games!

First up, some actual footage of that ZombiU I posted about yesterday.

The gameplay is looking pretty neat!

It does really looks like a nice mix between Dead Island and Dead Rising, like I wrote yesterday.

And looking quite nice, to boot!

~

It seems the WiiU will be getting mostly late recycled titles. Assasssin's Creed 3, Mass Effect 3 (only 3s? no ME1 or 2?).
I dunno why but I don't imagine a new audience getting the same game later on. I'm pretty sure 99% of people buying ME3 for Wii u will already have play through it = ME fans buying yet another release.
Specially since it's the last part of the story without both ME1 & 2...

Anyway amongst these is a re-re-release of Batman: Arkham City Armored Edition.
Are people still interested in re-getting this one? Specially with the "Game of the Year: Edition" recently, doesn't everyone already own Batman?

The game seems to be mostly identical, besides some gimmicks that will use the controller-screen of the WiiU.
Beside, you can get the game in bargain bins pretty cheap most everywhere, not counting the cheap steam version for PC!

~

On Capcom's side, check out this kickass trailer of the upcoming Lost Planet 3!

~

Omega Force, the guys who made most of the Dynasty Warriors for Koei, and Sword of the Berserk: Guts' Rage for Eido, will be making another Hokuto no ken game!

The original game was mindless fun and pretty cool, but didn't it already cover the entire story?

Simply titled Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage 2 it sounds like more of the same kinda fun.

I can imagine this using inspiration from the "expanded universe" other continuations of the story, though I'd prefer to see some original story like that first Berserk game.

~

Speaking of Omega Force, that isn't all they're up to these days!
A One Piece beat 'em all game is also coming up this one published at Namco.

Though it will be a PS3-only title. (awwww... can we hope for an Xbox port either in the US or here in Europe? pwetty please with sugar on top?)

Dubbed One Piece: Pirate Warriors in the US and not Luffy's Rage like I expected, this One Piece: Kaizoku Musou is coming up for November this year.
And here's a new trailer:

Even though I won't be getting this, it does look pretty good.

~

More coming up in a few!~

#E3 NEWS! Some #SnoopDogg in my Tekken

I guess Snoop Dogg is ready to do about anything to make some cash these days, but nobody expected to see him in the new Tekken Tag Tournament 2...

...complete with his Snoop stage and all~

#E3 NEWS! 1st day recap

Not keeping an eye with that much attention at this year's E3 Expo.
Maybe it's because I'm easily spending much more time on retro consoles these days instead of your usual Xboxes, etc.
Or just because this year you have Microsoft announcing "such spectacularly" things as the Internet Explorer for the Xbox 360, or Nintendo and their Wii-U which will have "revolutionary" internet multiplayer gaming and HD graphics, or Sony and their "super original" Smash Bros crossover title and their "all original" motion controllers.
Anyway, there's some fun games that have caught my eye anyway.

First up Marvel released this following trailer of their own DC Universe Online MMORPG Marvel Heroes.
I will certainly be NOT playing it - it being an mmorpg 'n' all - but that doesn't stop me from having a look at this CGi trailer for now:

I hear some familiar voice actors for webhead and Wolvie. And I even got to see Deadpool in there, how cool is that?!

~

Namco just released an all-new impressive trailer for Tekken Tag Tournament 2.

s

Awesome, as usual.
And looking great~

'Really motivated for this one!

~

I'm not really a big fan of the Devil May Cry series. I prefer my hack & slash-type of games old school.
But I will buy the "HD compilation" one of these days! Promise!

Anyway, this new reboot title DmC: Devil May Cry - which fans of the series have either been loving or hating it - does look intriguing.

From the folks behind the game Enslaved. So it will have a certain quality at least.

~

That's all for now, next post, Ubisoft and more!~

#Gaming NEWS! Tekken Tag 2 DLC trailer

I know, I know what you're thinking.
DLC already for Tekken Tag Tournament 2?? The game isn't even out!

But hear, hear my friends!
This new Tekken Tag - which will be out by September this year - will feature over 50 characters worth of classic Tekken characters from all of the series' history.

And due to the fans' demands, Harada took care of adding some additional characters to the game's already current roster. Some well requested featrures.
So a DLC pack will be available around the release (shortly after) to had 4 MORE characters, Michelle, Angel, Ogre and Kunimitsu!

And, waitaminute, this DLC will be FREE!!!
*I grew up with SF, was there all along during the SF3 era, and have always been a fan of that series, but even so - I gotta say, TAKE THAT CAPCOM/Street Fighter!!*

Since the game's already gone gold, they can't be included on the disc at this point.
Here's a trailer:

There's also a pretty interesting interview with Harada up at Gamespot, in which he discusses the series, the fighting genre, technology nowadays and what the future might hold. Check it out!

What did you do this weekend?!

Hey gang, long time since I did one of these, heh?!
I originally planned on posting this yesterday, but stuff like work and life got in the way :P

This time, let's talk movies, TV and fighting games! (again!)
So this past week was the season finale of Fringe.
God, I love that show!

The last bunch of episodes were all pretty intriguing, the on-going plot crazier each time.

I just love the way it totally embraces its scifi roots. I mean, Fringe's basically an odd to science fiction, with big budget. You find the usual tropes, themes and clichés (time travel, mutants, mad scientists, alternate world, future distopia, science gone wrong, etc.), only with a "Bad Robot" touch, great acting and seriousness.
The epic climatic finale left me wanting for some more, though most major arcs seem to be closed for now...
Fox decided the next 5th and finale season will be shortened to a mere ~13 episodes (screw Fox network!!)

I also watched back Total Recall this weekend.
It had been quite some time since I last saw that one.
I love Scharzie!
Back then they knew how to make a good action blockbuster movie, no cheap CGi everywhere and lame lackluster storylines.

And, hey, it was a less racist time in a way, having big "foreign" guys at the head of all these big budget action flicks, Schwarzennegger, Van Damme, Stallone.. just look at the way people spend their time mocking those guys nowadays, their acting, their accents.. -sigh-

Anyways, enough sidetracking, I loved that movie!
Being a Paul Verhoeven movie, it was also pretty big in interpretation, more than I remembered it being.
What really happened in this movie?
Either you accept it was simply this story of this guy named Quaid who suffered from nightmares involving Mars and some brunette. He got a "Recall" which was fake implanted memories of vacations on Mars often... which awakened some actual memories of Mars that were erased from his mind. He goes to Mars for real, spends the whole movie fighting against bad guys *SPOILER alert on a decade old movie* only to discover he really was this Hauser guy. It was a plan with the main baddie to infiltrate the Martian resistance. In the end Quaid doesn't embrace his old Hauser persona and save Mars.
OR
It was all part of the Recall-implanted memories. Lots of things support this interpretation. He did get "the whole package" as he chose at Recall. He contributed in a Martian revolution, there were blue skies in the end as chosen in the simulation. Heck, he even chose that exact same brunette. Is the whole thing only a dream? (from the moment he was trying to escape from Recall?) The movie does end on a fade to white, which usually means a state of dream or someone dying on films. But you can go further than that, perhaps we, as the audience, were experiencing the whole Recall-memories, from start to beginning. Nothing was real, thus explaining things going further and further into over-the-top action. Deviating.
And even having this big muscled Schwarzy in the main role plays into the audience expectations. We have a certain level of expectations regarding the movie. Perhaps, if we'd were to choose "Martian memories" in the persona of a spy, Schwarzy would be our avatar.

God, I love Verhoeven!

Been playing a lot of fighting games too.

Some Blazblue on my sparetime. A game, I honestly am not a fan of...for a lack of trying.
I mean, since I got the original, I played so very little of the game.
But I wanted to like it!
I liked GuiltyGear, but I just never got around playing BB...
(unlike my 50+ hours into the usual Namco, SNK and Capcom fighters...)

Speaking of which, finally got a copy of Street Fighter X Tekken for super cheap, in second hand, on ebay. That way I won't geel cheated by Capcom whenever I'll buy those additional characters as DLC...
And by the by, when are they gonna release them? October?!!
I already fhought against Pacman, on the online mode, ON MY FRIGGIN' XBOX!!

And finally, Soulcalibur V!!
I wanted to dislike the game, I kept dissing it every new News blog I posted here... And even so... I just love the game!
It simply is a well rounded, well timed, well executed new entry in the long running series. I was afraid the lack of familiar faces, the exponentially over-epic theme, plus the bad after-taste SC IV left in my mouth would ruin it... So I even stared only playing with Ezio at first...

But... like, woah!!
The game is pretty fun! I love the SC-y music, the narrator, the gameplay.. Heck, even the awful *get broke by a combo/super attack and lose clothes* isn't as silly as it was in the previous entry. (though I kinda wish they'd just get rid of it...)
The characters are either new "old ones" in everything but name, children and successors who look pretty much the same, or old returning and older classic SC characters. I'm okay with it. Namco mostly cleaned up the lineup, not everyone was that essential anyway. I still have Maxi around. Mitsurugi. Even *SPOILERs-again* Kilik.
I miss Taki, but there's still a new badass ninja around, Natsu. I miss Xianghua but there's Leixia now. Even Raphael finally looks fun and playable now!

Spent lots of hours on it already, either *local* against my bro, or on Arcade, Quest and Legendary modes. Barely touched the online, but I'm an "old school" gamer, so I doubt I play a lot of it anyway.

~

And that is all I had to say~

Gamin' NEWS! Pac Man Vs. Mega Man!! It's on!!!

Here's the most epic news you'll heard concerning the upcoming Capcom title Street Fighter X Tekken...
...joining an already big epic cast of colorful characters of Namco and Capcom fighters (for some reason, mostly Final Fight on Capcom's side...!?), Ono added two surprise non-fighting guest to the roster in the form of....

Namco's own classic mascot Pac-Man will be joining the all-star ranks of Tekken fighters.

Like today's Namco company this bonus character will actually be a classic Pacman riding Tekken's own Mokujin (albeit giant). The perfect alliance of today's games and the classic Namco from the arcades. Namco today, still with their classic and modern fanbase in mind.

Here's some pics:

On the other hand, Capcom's own bonus character is...

Classic "Boxart Mega Man".
Which would be a nice addition usually...but look at the poor guy!

He's clearly out of shape, the costume totally busted...
Is that what they think the fans deserve? How they see the Mega Man fanboys?
Or better, just a joke? Considering how much fans were asking for some Mega Man content lately be it in the fighting games or just considering the way they threat Mega Man over the more popular franchises like Resident Evil or Street Fighter.
With 2 Mega Man games canceled lately, Mega Man Universe and Mega Man Legends 3, this is probably what Ono thinks of the blue bomber:

Bwahahaha :P
Honestly, I kinda love it!
I'm sure the Japanese audience will call him "USA Rockman" or sumthin'~

And you can be sure a more Classic Mega Man will be available as a DLC costume later on XD
For now only confirmed for PS3 (not Xbox 360... which kinda annoys me, but, meh, it's just a game so...~)
Here they are in motion, in the latest trailer:

Gamin' NEWS! One Piece: Luffy's Rage

The guys behind most of the current Dynasty Warriors games at Koei, who made those ol' Berserk beat'em all games (like Sword of the Berserk: Gut's Rage on the Dreamcast), and the recent beat'em all adaptation of Hokuto No Ken running on the same DW engine (Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage) will adapt yet another manga/anime series into a beat'em all title!

They seem to do these spinoffs running on the same engine from time to time.
Sometimes generic non-Dynasty Warriors games (like Warriors: Legends of Troy, or Bladestorm: The Hundred Years' War based on the 100 Years' War), other times anime-based titles.

This time it's One Piece's turn!

One Piece: Pirate Musou is the Japanese title of this game they will make for Namco Bandai this time around.

It looks like mindless fun!
I guess that's one One Piece game I might give a try! (like Dragon Ball, there's been dozen of those...)
Like fans noticed, it seems it will adapt some recent story arcs (as Berserk Millennium Falcon Arc: Chapter of the Holy Demon War did on the PS2), instead of a big recap (like Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage) or an original story (like Sword of the Berserk: Gut's Rage ).

I'm guessing the title will be changed outside Japan, like Hokuto Musou became Ken's Rage.
One Piece: Luffy's Rage anyone? :B

Gamin' NEWS! Street Fighter X Tekken new trailers so far

Capcom released some news regarding their take on the upcoming next cross-company Vs. Series installment Street Fighter X Tekken!

A lot of characters have been revealed so far.

Here's the latest batch of characters for the month:

Balrog, Vega, Juri join Paul, Law and Xiaoyu!
Loving to see Capcom already keeping Juri around. That's more effort they're doing than whatever happened to other SF4 newcomers like Abel, Seth or Viper....

The Tekken guys are looking well integrated and rendered in Capcom's hands.

There's also some quick hints at the upcoming characters we might see (Akuma, Ogre?)... Is that a (Miss) Pac-Man hint at the end?! And...huh... Captain Commando? Or a realistic/boxart Mega Man? (at this point, I'd rather have Cap' Commando honestly..)
But since it's in the Vita-console exclusive segment..it means fun characters only for that version of the game? awww...come on!

And here's the latest cinematic trailer:

Badass!
Still way too much filters to really enjoy normally (that's Capcom fighting games, under Ono!)...

~

On Namco's side, Katsuhiro Harada (Tekken director/producer) said fans will be able to vote for the roster of their game Tekken X Street Fighter on the official facebook page.

Gamin' NEWS! New SF X Tekken trailer!

Here's an all-new Street Fighter X Tekken trailer.

Obviously, fanmade - but a man can dream, can't he?

This one showcasing the more cinematic aspect of the game..that is, the cinematic opening video itself :P
Also, for the ones in doubt, this also confirms Asuka 's appearance in the game (which was obvious if you ask me..)

They've been making the same type of videos since SF4, but I love how well the Namco ladies came out design & expression-wise here. Kudos Capcom!

Gamin' NEWS! VGA Awards - various new trailers

So, once more Spike TV hosted their famous VGA Awards.
The Spike Video Game Awards 2011 to be precise. (but people tend to repeat Awards after VGA for some reason...)

Besides the random events due to their annoucements, silly announcers, star power hosting the show and whatnot, they also had a bunch of new trailers for many of the upcoming games.
(I mean...That's why I only check the latest game trailers instead of the whole event-thingie.)

Amongst those of interest to me, there was some news regarding my most expected titles of 2012. Like Mass Effect, Bioshock and many others!
Let's check 'em out, okay? :)
First up, right when nobody was expecting it, there's more Duke Nukem Forever coming!
(I hear you booo-ying already...)
('reminds me I should put up DNF's review up one of these days....)
It's set in Area 51 and will actually be some more offline campaign.
Once you’ve done that, you may not be interested in playing more, but, well, the option is available, as 2K Games today announced The Doctor Who Cloned Me, a single-player add-on set in Area 51.
The Doctor Who Cloned me costs $9.99, launches everywhere on December 13, and includes new enemies, bosses, weapons, achievements and additional places to interact with for an ego boost. There are also four multiplayer maps--Sky-High, Command, Drop Zone, Biohazard--to run around in.
And here's the unique pic so far:

Give me much better designed maps (my main problem with the original game...so linear, boring, lazy levels design and graphics...) and SECRETS! Loads of 'em! And perhaps I'll be able to start to forgive this mess of a game..

Next up, Agent 47 is in back in the long-awaited next chapter of the Hitman franchise, Hitman: Absolution!

I gotta tell ya guys and gals, this is looking great so far! I can't wait enough to try this one.
The mix of CGi (from the game's intro?)  and actual in-game graphics didn't even bother me, it just showcases how nicely this is shaping up.
I missed Agent 47!
The Hitman games were so much fun, you could play them stealth killer-style or go nuts guns ablazin'!
I hope Square Enix didn't get too much of an executive control, the game would suffer from it. Let the developers have fun with this one!

To stay on the subject (kinda), here's finally the reveal trailer of Alan Wake: American Nightmare.
Which seems to be a "What if..?" kinda episode which will be available for DLC only (no original game need..so, huh, it's an Arcade title on digital story if you want).
Alan Wake's American Nightmare  finds our literary hero pitted against his doppelganger Mr. Scratch to keep the world from going to hell.
Enjoy the ride:

It looks a bit more action oriented than last time.
Looking nice indeed!

Let's see something completely different on the other hand:

It's The Amazing Spider-Man, the video game adaptation of the (rebooted) movie of the same name.
Activision and Beenox are promising an open world environment this time. So I'm sure it will sell well, and people will love it...but I'm already missing the more structured level-based titles.. (Shattered Dimensions still is my current favorite Spidey game)

The recently announced new Transformers: Fall of Cybertron also gets a brand new trailer:

Wow! Lookin quite badass for silly toy robots in CGi! (Ha!)
This one is an original title rather than a movie adaptation, it is the follow-up to War of Cybertron. A 3rd person shooter.

Speaking of, the long awaited final episode of the famous scifi RPG trilogy Mass Effect 3 gets a brand new kickass trailer!
This one is mostly composed of actual gameplay footage, which looks amazing if you ask me!

Woah!
This is looking great!
Though it's funny how the series transitioned from the RPG genre to the 3rd Person Shooter genre through the 3 installments. Doesn't bother me since I'm not a big RPG fan to begin with. (I hate grinding system mechanics forcing you to gather points of experience TO BE ABLE to shoot an enemy rather than being able to correctly aim at an enemy directly and be rewarded for your own gameplay rather than stats...)
Anyway, cannot wait for this one! :D

On the opposite spectrum, here's something unexpected!
Remember the Tony Hawk skating games? Yeah...those used to be good or at least fun enough to have a good time once in a while. The series had so many entries and spinoff since then, I doubt anyone was able to follow all that!

Anyway, they just announced a brand new title...and it's an old title to be exact.
A compilation!

Tony Hawk Pro Skater HD will be a collection of the first two games!

The teased Tony Hawk game was revealed in a red carpet segment during the Spike VGA preshow. It is called Tony Hawk Pro Skater HD, and it takes from the first two THPS titles to make a soft of best-of game. Of course, they'll also get a HD upgrade. Hawk says that this will be a digital release, and it will be priced under $20.
More details will be released later in the show.

Ha!
What? I find that hilarious!

Let's have a look at yet another fighting game now.
One of my most awaited releases of 2012!

Live!
Pretty nice B)

Tekken Tag Tournament 2 is expected for an holiday 2012 release.
And here's some gameplay fro the VGA:

Looking great! :D
Always had a preference for Tekken Tag over the "normal" Tekken entries. It's just a much more random and fun variant of the series (unlike Tekken 4, which was a less fun and more bland entry of the series...in actual 3D - gameplay-wise)

Finally, let's finish this post on a great note.

Here's the prettiest, most awaited title (at least, on my part) and original looking game of the whole show!
BioShock Infinite!!

"Step back into the flying city of Columbia and get a glimpse at all-new enemies in this trailer from the Spike TV Video Game Awards of 2011!"
This game is looking amazing!
Outstanding!

And I love the art style and colors here.
It annoys me how people complain it's not "gritty" or "realistic" enough. It's not cartoony! (and being "cartoony" shouldn't be a problem ya bunch of crybabies!!)
It has a very distinct and unique looking art direction, and I love it, the more reasons for it.
For once a games steps back from the usual Unreal-engined powered generic look.

And dares standing out!

This flying steampunk world is looking gorgeous!
Give me some of dat! >__<

Gamin' NEWS! 1 Tekken X Street Fighter concept art

Here's one concept art from the upcoming Namco title Tekken X Street Fighter, which is better than nothing.

If anything it does show the more realistic approach the game will go for.
Hopefully it will be done in true Tekken-fashion :P
(loads of characters, alternate costumes, character customization, etc..)

Side note: Part of me had wished for a Virtua Fighter X Tekken for so long... I hope this launches a Vs. Series trend at Namco XD

Gaming NEWS! Street Fighter X Tekken alternate costumes

Here's some news concerning Street Fighter X Tekken. (why didn't they simply call it Capcom Vs. Namco? the world will never know...)
Good news and bad news everyone!

The game will sport various pretty interesting alternate costumes.

Like always with Capcom, they will be expensive DLCs.
(this means I'll wait to grab a pretty cheap copy in second hand, and will buy all the costumes in a later pack...or wait for Namco's version of the crossover and will have all the costumes available for free!)

The interesting part is that the costumes are pretty neat and well crafted this time around.
And they seem mostly inspired in characters in the opposite franchise.

And if like me, it kinda annoys you to pay for things that should be granted for free, there's also a Customizing Mode.
Kinda in-between's Tekken full fledged Customize Mode and Marvel Vs. Capcom's Color Swap Mode. It will allow us to alter parts of the costume and the color. (skin, hair, clothes and accessories)

Neat option if you ask me!

Gamin' NEWS! Soul Calibur V Character Creation Mode Trailer

Here's a trailer for the character creation mode for the upcoming Soul Calibur V:

I dunno for you, but I still prefer a good ability to customize/play with hairstyle and clothing of regular characters (Tekken style) than creating your own fighter from scratch... I dunno...
It just makes the actual characters in-game "less special" and end up having lots of random characters running around the game (online or not)...

Gamin' NEWS! Marvel Vs. Capcom Vs. Namco Vs. SNK Vs. Onechanbara

Here's a new round of gaming news! This time, mostly fighting games.
First of all,
Capcom released the full CGi trailer for the upcoming Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3!

This looked...actually nice, if a bit long for this kind of animation. (people "stopped" in action, filmed bullet time-style)

Continuining on the same subject, here's new Street Fighter X Tekken videos, from the New York Comic Con.
One for the Special Moves:

And another showing a bit of this strange Gem System mentioned earlier in action:

On SNK's side, King of Fighters XIII gets also plenty of new footage, including these 6 characters centric trailers.

Ralf:

Clark:

Leona:

Chin:

Kensou:

And Athena:

Looking really cool and fun! Great!
I'm really quite pumped for this one, can't wait!!^^

And since this is mah blog, boi,
here's some older trailers I decided to post here as well just because!

Kula:

And Yuri:

Kickass fighting gals! Yeah!

And finally, on a different fan-service-ing note.
Here's a new "Uncensored Japanese Trailer" for Onechanbara Z: Kagura!

WeEEeeee! :'3

What?!

Gamin' NEWS! Ezio joins in Soulcalibur 5

Here's something random...

It looks like Ezio will be Soulcalibur V's guest character.
Since the 3rd game (that makes it Soul Calbiur II) the series always sported guest characters from Heiachi, Spawn, Link to Yoda, Darth Vader, Kratos (and some original manga artists designed ones and another one by comic book legend Todd McFarlane).

Though if this time we get Ezio, it will be the first that a guest character actually does fit the design and era is included as a bonus character!

Gamin' NEWS! Marios, Sonics, Fighters and Transformers!

Doctor Rosen is not amused.

Here's a new bunch of gaming news.
Today's program, Marios, Sonics, Fighters and Transformers!
Also enjoy my all-new random NEWS! pics. I updated the only one I had (Toby "The Rat" Maguire) and made some new ones to shuffle things up a bit.
Only the best for ya all!
First of all, let's start with a new trailer for the upcoming Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games: London 2012.
Sega & Nintendo just announced this game will feature a new and original party game mode. Sort of a Mario Party X Sonic Shuffle if you will, for connoisseurs.
Check out the Party Mode in the following trailer:

Looks like a fair addition, if they want this 3rd Olympic installment to demarcate from its predecessors.

Street Fighter X Tekken gets a release date, March 6 for the US and March 9 for most of Europe (yay!) and a collector edition!

This collector will include a “Build-It-Yourself Arcade Cabinet Bank” that’s about five inches high, a comic prequel by UDON, in-game gems which will act as currency and serve to unlock/update stuff for your game (à la Marvel Vs. Capcom series). It was confirmed for PS3 and 360 only.

Here's a new trailer from the NY Comic-con, illustrating the new features and more:

I already can smell some haters complaining about this Gems-feature from miles....

And finally, you saw the announcement of a new Transformers game, now here's the actual launch teaser trailer for Transformers: Fall of Cybertron:

Stuff hinted, which I'm sure Transformers fans will no doubt dissect and analyze from scratch to bottom.

And that is all~

Gamin' NEWS! TEKKEN "3D PRIME EDITION Special Trailer "

Watch this epic "trailer" straight from the TGS:

Alright, so it doesn't specially show anything from the upcoming game :P
At least it's a pretty funny vid~

I may not be the biggest fan of Ono's produced games (they lack a certain charm and polish of the other Capcom fighters..), but, heck, the guy's entertaining!

Gamin NEWS! "people fighting, someone's wrath and a domain in binary code...."

And here's some more trailers from the TGS 2011.
On today's menu: people fighting, someone's wrath and a domain in binary code....

First let's check out the upcoming new "Project Soul" entry, Soul Calibur V!
It's one of those games, I'm not actually really awaiting for it. But I guess I'll end up trying it at some point later on, nonetheless.

Newly announced additions: returning Astaroth and newcomer Viola.

Re-skinned characters, be it the newbies or the old faces.
Such a "glowy" game. It's kinda like that modern Star Trek movie...

Kinda tired of this series. Nothing much change, not even graphically.
The shuffle of the cast is "ok".
The games looks decent though.

Now, for something else, here's the latest trailer for the highly anticipated new Capcom (original IP) game Asura's Wrath!

"See Ma, I don't need no arms!!"
XD

This looks like such a fun badass game afterall!

And finally, another upcoming Sega game.
Binary Domain shows us yet another new trailer:

This over the top action game is look great so far!
This Vanquish-inspired title from Yakuza games developers will be released with a mic/headphones set in Japan only, for a 10.000 limited exemplars edition. For the co-op multiplayer mode, on both PS3 and Xbox 360. The game will also be able use Kinect alongside a controller (finally a game that does that!).

And here's some more videos released through its official website:

and

Looking neat! :)

Gamin' NEWS! SF X Tekken - Battle of the fat dudes

And here's an all new trailer for the upcoming Street Fighter X Tekken game that will be released on March 2012!

The two big guys of both franchises will finally collide! Will they both fit in this game??
Who's side are you on? With Rufus or Robert "Bob" Richards?
