Exactly what this blog needed after all the gamin' stuff lately.
First, The Walking Dead future live action series from AMC.
The adaptation of the cult classic comic book series.
I love the comic version. Let's hope the live version will stay true to the tone and atmosphere of the comic.
Many people felt in love already with this comic, people who usually don't like Zombie flicks and even those who don't usually read comics!
It will pretty difficult to adapt some later more hardcore parts, but wait and see~
Anyway, Robert Kirkman, the writer of the comic, approves this show!
Here's some very first pics of this show.

The tone looks pretty cool.
It's kinda strange, as a fan of the comic, to see it in colors : P
Now something completely different...
Did you know they were making a live Smurfs movie? Les Schtroumpfs in a modern movie??
Yeah. For real!
Pretty...random.
Well, I said live but it will really be CGi smurfs in front of real people.
But more than a real movie, it will be in fact a "lackbuster" (word you may have seen me write many times already). You know, like those movies 20th Century Fox (most of the time) use to put up. A cheap movie, with a very bad budget but some recognizable faces (in our case Neil Patrick Harris) to bring in audience, a badly written story (usually written by the director or a producer), CGi which is pretty cheap nowadays and cheap settings.
Like the biggest action scene in Fantastic Four being on a bridge which we only see in close ups (prop) or from far away (CGi), or AVP1 taking place under the north pole (CGi) and AVP2 in a small town instead of space...
Anyway this smurf movie will take place in New York.
Smurfs in NY, sounds as good as the worst 80s/90s flicks (Conan in NY, He-Man in NY, etc..).

Enjoy:
This IS REAL.
To clean up our mind, spirit and eyes, let's end up on zombies again, before turning into ones from this
Do you like zombies? Old west?
If you said yes OR nope to both , chances are you might even like this next thing.
THE DEAD AND THE DAMNED is a movie mixing up both genres:
